NanoBanana User Guide

Tips & workflow

This article focuses on daily usage: how to write prompts, iterate quickly, and keep results consistent.

Prompt structure

A reliable pattern:

Subject + action or pose + environment + style + camera / lighting + optional text + resolution or ratio.

Examples:

  • “Product bottle on marble desk, soft window light, minimal, 4K.”
  • “Character sheet, same outfit, front and side view, white background.”

Iteration

  • Start broad, then add one constraint per round (lighting, lens, mood).
  • For edits, say what must stay and what must change (“keep the face, change background to rainy street”).

Quality and speed

NanoBanana 3 targets 2–5s generation with 2K/4K options. If you need a special aspect ratio, state it explicitly in the prompt.
