Welcome to the NanoBanana usage guide. This section helps you open the editor, understand the main workflow, and create your first image in a few minutes.

Before you start

Use a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox). Sign in when the app asks you to, so generations can be saved to your workspace.

Your first generation

1. Open Create now and choose text-to-image (or upload a reference for image-to-image).
2. Write a short prompt: subject + scene + style + lighting + aspect ratio (e.g. “portrait, soft light, 9:16”).
3. Submit and wait a few seconds for 2K/4K results; refine the prompt if needed.
